1. Registration
1.1 Parents must complete the registration form accurately and in full via the registration form.
1.2 Upon receiving the data, Tutorista.id will verify the information and check for the availability of suitable teaching schedules. Our administration staff will then contact parents to arrange a trial session.
2.1 Parents of prospective students for the trial session must pay the trial session fee at the latest one day before the scheduled date.
3.1 Parents of regular students are responsible for paying all fees associated with the selected session package.
4.1 The package fee must be paid no later than 5 days from the invoiced date. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
4.2 Late payment will result in a postponement of the session schedule for the latest package.
4.3 Tuition fees that have been paid are non-refundable except in special circumstances approved by Tutorista.
5.1 In the event of cancellation by the parent or guardian, the registration fee is non-refundable.
6.1 Students are required to be at home according to the scheduled timetable. Parents or guardians must notify Tutorista.id if the child is unable to attend class for any reason maximum one day before.
6.2 In the event of an unannounced absence, Tutorista.id reserves the right to contact the parent or guardian for clarification.
7.1 Tutorista.id reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Parents or guardians will be notified of any changes via the official WhatsApp number.
7.2 By registering, parents or guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
